Uses:
Bath or Foot Soak: Place a few drops of Bergamot essential oil in warm water for a relaxing foot soak.
Anywhere: Combine 4 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle, and inhale or apply it to your wrists to help ease anxious feelings.
Diffuser: Add three to four drops of Bergamot essential oil to the diffuser of your choice.
Caution: The product should not be taken internally. It is usually only used on adults and must be kept away from children and pets. If pregnant or breastfeeding please ask your doctor before use.
